Battery charging solutions at YZPOWER are built around your battery pack rather than around a fixed catalogue part. The range covers 3.65V single-cell chargers up to 84V packs and 2A up to 180A, with CC/CV profiles and optional active PFC.
Eight application families are covered: e-scooter and e-bike, golf cart and LSV, AGV and AMR fleets, forklift and warehouse equipment, marine and RV, mobility scooter and wheelchair, energy storage and industrial power, and general OEM/ODM programmes. For each we match chemistry, series count, voltage window, charge current and connector to the pack you already build around, then quote tooling and lead time.
Covered as 36V (10S), 48V (13S) and 72V (20S) packs at 2A to 5A, with GX16, XLR and DC barrel connectors and CC/CV profiles that stop at the pack's own full-charge window.
48V (16S) LiFePO4 packs need 58.4V to 58.8V at the end of charge, at 10A to 15A. Portable and on-board builds are both available, matched to the cart's existing charge port.
24V (7S) systems run at 29.2V and 20A to 30A, sized for opportunity charging between shifts. Multi-bay and rack configurations are quoted from your fleet's duty cycle.
24V and 48V packs in both lead-acid and lithium, at 6A to 14A, for warehouse trucks and pallet equipment. Chemistry decides the profile, so the pack type is the first question.
12V (4S) banks from 20A up to 180A for house and bow-thruster banks. High-current builds use heavier output cabling and matching connectors rather than a universal plug.
24V (7S) packs at 29.2V or 29.4V, 2A to 4A, with XLR and 3-pin connectors. These are low-current, long-dwell chargers, so thermal headroom matters more than peak output.
From 3.65V single-cell chargers up to 84V packs, at 20A to 60A, for bench, rack and cabinet builds. Output voltage, current and connector are set per project.
Custom battery charging solutions start from your pack rather than from the catalogue: send chemistry, series count, capacity and connector, and we confirm the matching voltage window and charge current before quoting tooling.
Each battery charger solution by application is matched to how the pack is actually used: duty cycle, dwell time, connector access, and whether charging happens on-board or at a bench.
The electric vehicle charger solution range covers e-scooters, e-bikes, e-motorcycles and light electric vehicles from 36V to 72V, portable and on-board, at 2A to 5A.
Industrial charging solution builds cover AGV fleets, forklifts, marine banks and energy storage, from 24V to 84V at 20A to 60A, with rack and cabinet configurations quoted per site.
YZPOWER builds custom charging solutions around the battery pack rather than a fixed catalogue part. The range runs from 3.65V single-cell chargers up to 84V packs and from 2A up to 180A, with CC/CV charging profiles and optional active PFC.
Output voltage, charge current, connector type (GX16, XLR, DC barrel or your own drawing), input plug standard, housing, cable length, labelling and packaging are all specified per project, with private-label branding available.
