Why this charger lasts

29.4V is the full-charge voltage of a 7-series lithium pack (7 × 4.2V). In CC mode the charger
pushes a steady 4A into the pack until it reaches 29.4V, then switches to CV mode and holds that
voltage while the current tapers off — then stops. That taper and cut-off are what stop the pack
being overcharged, which is the difference between a battery that lasts its rated life and one
that comes back as a warranty claim.

4A output — half the charging time

Most 24V mobility chargers on the market deliver 2A. Doubling the current roughly halves the
time a 24V / 25.2V pack spends on charge, which matters on a scooter that is in daily use.

Built-in fan, aluminium shell

The fan moves air across the power stage and the shell itself is an aluminium heat sink. Heat
is the biggest killer of charger lifetime — especially at 4A continuous.

Digital display

A voltmeter on the case shows the pack voltage as it climbs, so the user can see the charge
state instead of guessing from a light.

Five protection layers

Over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit, over-temperature and overcharge cut-off. Charging
stops on a fault and the unit is safe to leave connected overnight.

Frequently asked questions

Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer, building chargers in Shenzhen since 2011. Our 3,000 m² facility has its own SMT lines, assembly zones, aging chambers and QC stations, with a monthly capacity of 150,000+ units. We welcome factory visits and third-party inspections.

What battery does this charger suit?
A 24V (7S) lithium-ion pack. 29.4V is the full-charge voltage of 7 series lithium cells at 4.2V each, so a 29.4V 4A charger is the correct match for a 24V, 25.2V or 25.6V lithium mobility scooter, wheelchair or power chair battery.

Will it fit my mobility scooter or wheelchair?
The charger is supplied with a 3-pin XLR output connector, the standard used on most 24V mobility scooters and power chairs. If your equipment uses a different connector or pinout, send us your equipment model or a photo of the socket — we build to your specification, including DC barrel, GX16, XT and Anderson-style connectors.

Can it charge a 24V lead-acid or LiFePO4 battery?
Not with this 29.4V build — the charge voltage differs by chemistry, and using the wrong output voltage is the most common reason a replacement charger fails or a battery is damaged. We build 24V lead-acid and 24V LiFePO4 versions on the same platform; tell us your battery type and we will quote the right output voltage.

Does it also work as a 29.4V hoverboard charger?
Yes. A 24V hoverboard uses the same 7S lithium pack, so the same 29.4V output charges it. The standard connector on this build is 3-pin XLR for mobility equipment; a DC 5.5 × 2.1 mm plug is also available for hoverboards and other equipment, so tell us which socket your board uses and we will match it.
