Every unit gets a full-load burn-in test rather than a spot check, followed by IQC, IPQC and OQC inspection before shipment. The plant produces 150,000+ units a month and serves 55+ export markets. Standard production runs 10-15 working days; custom OEM and ODM designs are quoted individually after engineering review. After burn-in, every unit is labelled with its own serial number and packed with the matching input cable, so the box that reaches your warehouse can be traced back to the production run it came from, and a certificate number can be matched to a specific batch on request.
