48V lead-acid, 24 cells: 57.6-58.8V absorption, and 58V sits in that range. At 6A it suits smaller packs and motorcycle or scooter batteries.
For lithium, 14S needs 58.8V and 16S LiFePO4 58.4V, on a CC/CV profile this unit does not run.
