Check two things before you order: this is a LiFePO4 / Li-ion charger — the 2-stage CC/CV profile is not a lead-acid profile, so it is not for 12V AGM, GEL or flooded batteries. And the output is a 50 A Anderson connector, so compare it against your pack's terminals; the M8 adapter cable in the box covers most 12V lithium deep-cycle packs.

Why this charger lasts
In CC mode the charger pushes a steady 50A into the pack until it reaches 14.6V, then switches to CV mode and holds that voltage while the current tapers off, so a flat pack is not shocked back to life but brought up in two controlled stages. An LED voltmeter on the side shows the pack voltage as it climbs.

Dual cooling fans

Two fans plus an aluminium shell mean the unit can sit at 50A for hours without cooking itself, which is what a large deep-cycle pack needs.

All-aluminium shell

The case is aluminium, not plated steel: sturdy, and it will not rust in a marine or RV installation.

0V wake-up

A lithium pack that has been sitting discharged is often rejected by ordinary chargers. This one activates the BMS and starts charging from 0V.

LED voltage display

The voltmeter on the side of the case shows the pack voltage as it climbs, so the user can see charge state instead of guessing from a light.

Five protections plus a reset button

OVP, OCP, OPP, SCP and OTP, plus reverse-connection protection with a built-in reset button, so a mistaken hook-up does not end the charger.

Certification and how we build
Certification: this model is not yet certified to a national scheme. YZPOWER is an OEM/ODM manufacturer, so certification is normally handled with the order — tell us the market you sell into and we will manage the application for that market (CE (LVD) and RoHS for the EU, UKCA for the UK, CB (IECEE) as the basis for national approvals, SAA / RCM for Australia, ETL / UL for North America) and quote it alongside the charger.

Own SMT lines, assembly zones, aging chambers and IQC / IPQC / OQC checkpoints sit under one roof; every unit gets a full-load burn-in, and your order runs through three inspections before we photograph it and dispatch.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer. YZPOWER has designed, assembled and tested battery chargers in our own 3,000 m² factory in Shenzhen since 2011 — SMT lines, assembly zones, aging chambers and quality control all under one roof. OEM and ODM builds are welcome.

What battery does this charger suit?

A 12V LiFePO4 or Li-ion pack with four cells in series (4S) — 12.8V nominal, 14.6V at full charge. It is sized for high-capacity packs: 100Ah, 200Ah, 300Ah and above. It is not a lead-acid charger: the 2-stage CC/CV profile is built for lithium, and 12V AGM, GEL and flooded batteries need a different charging profile. Tell us your pack's capacity and we will confirm the right build.

Can it charge a completely flat battery?

Yes. The charger activates the BMS and starts charging even from 0V, so a pack that has been sitting discharged and is rejected by an ordinary charger can be recovered. Once the BMS is awake the charger runs its 2-stage CC/CV profile up to full charge.

What connector does it have, and what is in the box?

A 50A Anderson connector on the charger. 80A Anderson plugs and an M8 terminal adapter cable are supplied, so it bolts onto the M8 terminals of most 12V lithium deep-cycle packs. Other high-current terminations are available on request.

How fast will it charge my pack?

At a steady 50A the bulk stage puts 50 amp-hours into the pack every hour, so a 100Ah pack's bulk stage takes roughly two hours and the CV stage then tapers the current off. That is why this charger saves at least half the charging time of a standard charger.
