The YZPOWER battery charger catalog covers 31 models across 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V, 60V and 72V systems, in both lithium and lead-acid versions, from 3.65V single-cell chargers to 84V packs and from 2A to 180A.
Filter by battery system first, then by charge current; each model page lists its own specifications, certifications and a downloadable datasheet. If nothing in the catalogue matches your pack, the OEM/ODM programme covers custom voltage, current, connector and housing, with MOQ 10 pcs and 15-20 working days for standard production.
The range splits three ways: LiFePO4, lithium-ion and lead-acid; portable versus on-board; and single-cell bench chargers through to multi-bank cabinet builds. Chemistry decides the charge profile, so it is the first choice to make.
LiFePO4 and lead-acid packs need different end-of-charge voltages and different profiles, so the two are not interchangeable. A 48V LiFePO4 pack takes 58.4V to 58.8V while a 48V lead-acid bank tops out lower and needs a float stage.
48V covers two series counts: 13S packs at 54.6V and 16S packs at 58.4V or 58.8V. Output ranges from 4A for e-scooter packs to 15A for golf cart and light-vehicle packs.
24V is the 7S family, charged at 29.2V or 29.4V, from 2A for mobility scooters up to 30A for AGV fleets. These builds usually specify the connector the vehicle already uses.
The catalogue covers 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V, 60V and 72V battery systems, in both lithium and lead-acid versions. Charge current runs from 2A for small packs to 180A for high-capacity installations.
